We understand that plans in life can change. You can contact us to reschedule or cancel your appointment with a 72-hour notice to avoid any fees.

You don’t have to be home during the cleaning. Many clients provide us with a key or lock box code to enter when they will not be home. Either way it’s up to you if you’d like to be home.

You do not have to provide cleaning products unless there’s are specific cleaning product(s) you would rather us use. We also bring our own vacuum but of course we can use yours as well.

Yes they do. We run a detailed nationwide background check on all applicants as part of our interview process.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know. We’ll send a team out to make it right (within 24 hours).If you’re not happy with the service, contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll address the issue promptly.
