  • Reliable service is a top priority at Queen Bee Cleaning. Because we set aside a dedicated time slot for your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late changes may incur a $75 fee.

  • You don’t have to be home during the cleaning. Many clients provide us with a key or lock box code to enter when they will not be home. Either way it’s up to you if you’d like to be home.

  • You do not have to provide cleaning products unless there’s are specific cleaning product(s) you would rather us use. We also bring our own vacuum but of course we can use yours as well.

  • Yes they do. We run a detailed nationwide background check on all applicants as part of our interview process.

  • Absolutely! Let us know if there are specific areas or tasks that require extra focus, and we’ll tailor our cleaning to meet your needs.

  • Your satisfaction is our priority. If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know within 48 hours. If your not happy with our service ,we’ll send a team out to make it right (within that week).
